The spread of the internet service has been so a world widen, we can contact the people live faraway from our region of day life. The net is so addicted that someone can stop connecting to the stock of the electrons. I experienced this addiction of internet, when I was junior high school student and the tool attracted me was the chatting which enabled the many people connect to one place at moment.
Today I introduce the paper from the Mackinsey Quarterly. The title of this paper is…How Web 2.0 is changing the way we work: An interview with MIT’s Andrew Mcfee
In this paper, Andrew talked on the ways how Web 2.0 technologies change the business style and whether these tools do help the companies to archive their goal.
First, he mentioned the basis of Wikipedia that is free encyclopedia edited by many people with no regards. The quality of Wikipedia in these days is not bad, so the field of non charge based information could be a useful information center for both individuals and companies.
Second, he mentioned the reason why he decided to create the tools based on Web 2.0 (that is like Wikipediia). He knew the importance of creating new culture and signaling what’s valued inside the organization to step forward in our lives, and the technologies of Web 2.0 made it possible for millions of people to get the brief of the answer in life and company difficulties.
For last, he warned some important things (ex.:the manager of the information gatekeeper would be upset). In opposite to the mal point, he also showed the good point of the introduce of Web2.0 (you can get connect to many information with the technologies of internet).
